Best gun shop within 100 miles. Big box prices small shop customer service.
This is the only gun shop that does not make you feel stupid when you ask a question. The only way you learn is by asking questions. The Owners are very nice. I travel from las cruces to this gun store because it's well with it. I recommend this shop to all my friends and everyone that ask me.
Visited Cloudcroft from El Paso, and found this place. This shop is has a wide selection of reloading items and great firearms. Shop is clean and the lady managing the store is very knowledgeable and kind. Prices are more than reasonable than many, and the markup on items is lower than most (about 5%). We need more gun shops like this.
I went in to buy a 22 magnum revolver, and I filled out the paperwork and paid for it. An hour later, they called to say that the gun they sold me was not even made. I had to go in and pick out another one. They had to order it, and they left a message on my cell phone when it came in. I realized when I went to the bank 5 days later, that the gun shop had kept my driver's license. I called them, and yes, they had it, and they knew they had it. A responsible business owner would have called immediately to inform the customer. I had to drive back up there from my home just north of El Paso to get my driver's license. I will NEVER do business with them again.
Nice little gun shop. Good selection for a small store. Loved talking to the owner. He was very good about answering my questions about the gun I had brought in. Lots of knives and ammo too.
